Between finals, I was pondering alot about Dagorhir. I was thinking about new ways to fight, and thought that we haven't done any enviroment style battles. Bridges and what not... I know we haven't had a ton of people, but I just wanted to hear some peoples ideas about forest fights (can't remember when somebody said we would have a big one of these) and anything with terrain like bridges/castle wise. Especially after seeing some vids of stages with labrynths and what not, I was just pondering... Any ideas?

Yeah, there's also a lot of potential for some good woods and RP battles in the...woods.......wow. Redundant.

*fights off giant mosquitos with a foam mosquito net*
Yeah, woods battles would be best in somewhat cold weather methinks. We should all get together and have one soon. :-D

This crossed my mind the other day; supposedly, alot of tribes roam the NS searching for food and warmth right? On this idea I expanded that some are probably savage and relentless in their search for their necessities. So I thought of scenario (sort of).
Its modeled after deathtax. Two teams, each with one tribe-head fight. 2,4 or 6 spawn points, pending number of people. Those spawn points can further more be put into special scenary, i.e. river vs. mountain, labrynth vs. fortress, again pending people. Both tribe-heads are worth 5 or 10 points, and have 1 or 2 special powers, or they can give up their special powers to give their team a boost, i.e. quicker spawn, random power to every 40th person or whatever. Everybody else is worth 1 point.
Optional tag-ons: each tribe-head elects 2 counclers, who each have either 0 or 1 special power pending # of people. Counclers cannot give up their power, and are worth 2 or 3 points. Another option is to bear-pit to elect tribe-heads and whoever wins the first to a certain amount becomes tribe-head, and for multiple rounds, the current tribe-head steps down, and cannot participate in the new bear-pit for the new tribe-head.
Thought I'd throw that down before I lost the idea. Again, this was a rough idea I thought I'd type up before I lost it. Q's, Comments, or whatever.

I like it.
Death-Tax scenario battle.
Say we have 20 people (easy for us in the summer). Make two teams, each team eaither chooses a "chief" or its fought for.
The chief is worth 5 points, but has (example) Immune to Ranged and Swings Red.
Then each team has two "elders" that are worth 3 points. They get one smaller special ability. Immune limb, double armor on torso, three limbs to kill... ect.
Everybody else is regular savages.
I like it!

Not too bad...Has potential.
We should do more zombie battles, too. Only, at random intervals, the Herald yells "28 Days Later!" and all the Zombies turn into Uber-Zombies (fast, strong, totally kickass). Yarg.
